Today, I went on a picnic with my family in the park. At first, the park was like a beautiful paradise with green grass, colorful flowers, and tall trees. The air was fresh and the birds were singing.

However, as the day went on, I noticed some disturbing things. There were plastic bottles and bags littered everywhere on the ground. It made the once clean and lovely park look messy. I couldn't help but feel sad about it.

When we were about to leave, I decided to do something. I took a big trash bag and started picking up the garbage around. My family was a bit surprised at first but then they joined me. We collected a large amount of waste, including food wrappers, paper cups, and even a few broken glass bottles.

As we were cleaning, I thought about how important it is to protect our environment. Every little bit of trash we leave behind is hurting our planet. These simple actions can have a big impact. If everyone just throws away their garbage without thinking, our beautiful parks, forests, and oceans will be filled with filth.

We should be more responsible. We can start by bringing our own reusable bags when shopping, using less disposable cutlery, and making sure to properly dispose of our waste. It's not just the government's job or the cleaners'. It's everyone's responsibility.

By the time we finished cleaning, the park looked much better. I hope that our small effort can inspire others to also take action to protect the environment. I know that if we all work together, we can make a difference and keep our earth a wonderful place to live for generations to come. I'm looking forward to seeing more people being environmentally friendly in the future.

This experience really made me realize that we need to take care of our environment. It's time for all of us to act and make a change. I will definitely be more conscious of my actions from now on and encourage those around me to do the same.
